Why would a package mailed from NJ to GA go to a distribution center in San Francisco, CA. The USPS is totally incompetent. This package was mailed on 12/7/2020.

We have a package that was ordered the 1st of December...It has been sitting in New Hampshire since Dec. 15th...No one is able to locate the package & it was also a Christmas gift...USPS is not worth using...Find another way to ship...They will not make good in your loss!!!!!

Mailed a package on December 18 from Hinckley Illinois and so far it’s made it to Aurora Illinois

Terrible customer service. How do you lose certified mail. Terrible terrible terrible

There is not current tracking information for this package. It said it was delivered to distribution center in Pittsburgh on Dec 12th and in transit on Dec 17th but there is not current information and it has still not been received.

Delivery was 10 days late from guaranteed delivery

After my package left my local post office, it sat somewhere for 8 days before being scanned in Chicago.

A package was sent to me over a week ago and it still hasn’t arrived.

I recommend shipping with UPS. I shipped three packages priority mail with baked goods over a week ago, It still has not arrived. My gift is more than likely spoiled by now.
