Isn’t out a simple package on Saturday March 11 2024. The package is still in transit tomorrow will be 5 days that the package is not delivered. I think they want you to pay express for additional money if that’s the case next time I’m going to use UPS this is not the first time the package was goin from LI NY to pompano Bech they said it is supposed to be delivered tomorrow Saturday. If not im done with USPS very dissatisfied. From NY to Florida and they have the nerve to say weather related the entire eastern sea board had no bad weather.

So to ask a question you have to pay 1$ ? Seriously I guess I will wait to see when it’s reached it destination that’s bs

Horrible, inept and disgusted. I paid over $30.00 for guaranteed overnight delivery of a very important small item to a family member several states away. It has now been over 24 hours and the package is still not there!!! We tried tracking the package several hours after it was supposed to be delivered, and the system was down. I went to my local PO today to request information on where the item was and how soon it would be delivered. I was told it would be by 6 pm today. I just checked the tracking app it it still says it’s enroute to the destination NOT even out for delivery yet!!! This is absolutely unacceptable service. I will never use the USPS for package delivery again!! PS. I have shared this experience with friends and family and urged them NOT TO TRUST the USPS for important, urgent deliveries. Hello FedEx The only reason I gave one star was because it was required to submit my review, otherwise it would have been NO stars

When you pay 30 dollars for 1 day shipping and don't get it until 3 days later they need to get there system back up and running or we'll have to go to FedEx instead

Package was mailed on March 7 as priority mail to go to Canada. Paid $42.95 for 3-5 days service. Package is still in the USA today March 15, when it should have been delivered last week.

Never fails every time they give me a date it's never never on time and from looking at what little they give information on how long it takes to get from one place to another I don't know how it takes days to get from leaving one place to arrive at another but it's ridiculous you can't plan on nothing when you're waiting on a package from you United States Post office

I mailed a package on 3/5/24 from mobile, al.& as of 3/15/24 my package still haven't reached its destination Conyers GA.

I used the international priority mail express 3 Days Guranteed, to Jamaica.It was very important for a relative to get this package as it relates to a funeral. It is still sitting somewhere in New York after tracking it. It was sent on the 6th March. I really don’t know what to do because customer services is of no use. Please get my package out.

Package shipped on Monday and the Ybor facility received my package on Wednesday. Today is Friday and my package is still there, what’s the hold up?

I didn’t receive my package yet it said already delivered March 13 but now it’s March 15

I have this package coming back to Cayey USPS office and zipcode was notified to Customer Service that is incorrect, is not Cayey is Fajardo 00738. No way Cayey answered the phone.

Had a package that I should have gotten on March 2nd and it has never arrived. Another package was sent on March 13 They paid 30 dollars to send it next day, which would have been yesterday. It still hasn't arrived.

I mailed it on a Thursday from Alaska and it reached its destination Monday! Fantastic! Secure and safe. I love our postal service.
