Usps is unreliable in delivery a package from my home to my son who only lives 3 hrs from me. It was mailed on December 14th for a Christmas gift and still hasn't arrived

My Package should've have arrived by the 20th according to the retailer. It is now the 28th and it appears to not have left Greensboro, NC facility. How late will my package be? This is the worst I've ever seen with USPS.

According to this tracking I paid over $100.00 to send 2 packages and they are still 30 miles from my house. Why aren't they being moved daily?

My package was to be in Brooklyn NY on Dec 16 from Islip NY. Still in transit

I mailed a package in Pa to Pa and still never arrived and tracking doesn't show where it's at. I mailed one to SC and they received theirs yesterday. I want to know where my package is at.

The USPS is often referred to as snai-mail. However, it is trying the best way they know how. I have no complaints as of today with them.

Paid delivery date for 12/19/20. From Orlando to Maryland, postal tracking delay continues with Maryland Heights District...12/28/20 still delayed in transit in Maryland Heights District.

Parcel was to arrive on 12/19/20. USPS says package delivered on 12/19/20. Package never delivered

I mailed two packages to Philadelphia PA and one went to Washington DC and the other to Ohio so this is the last time I will ever use the Post office to mail my packages I'm giving a zero for your service

Realize packages are delayed because of the corona virus. I didn’t receive 3 packages for my granddaughter & my brother didn’t receive the package I sent him to date. You can’t even track them. Not happy right now.

Very disappointing. No longer the postal service it once was.

I’m very disappointed in the usps. This is the first time in my four years of shipping gifts has the post office failed this miserably in delivering packages. I’m disappointed that as a customer I’m asked to pay this expensive shipping rate and told a delivery date only to find out that my package is no where near it’s intended point. I’m not going to be given a refund and my soldier did not receive any items. USPS please get this system together.i along with many others have tried to be supportive but this has gotten very ridiculous of late. If we as customers are going to have to pay for your service of delivery then please hold up your end of the deal and get our paid parcel to where it needs and when you said it would be there. If not please look into changing prices and shipping timelines to make it better reflect what we as customers are actually seeing in this service.

My package was sent to 340 which is vacant but I'm 4 houses down my name clearly on package so they returned to sender smh
