Today is a week since ladt update. So my packages are still in Jacksonville for 1 week. Delivery estimate said 12/26/20. So today is over a week for packages that should only take 3 days.

It appears my package has never left the building. It was in transit now it’s just been accepted since Dec 18. This is 27th. Tulsa to Broken Arrow Oklahoma. Under 10 miles.

Item sent from Cockeysville,MD. Delivered to Baltimore 11 days later after detouring through New Jersey. Makes no sense whatsoever. Mail carrier changes daily so no one can give any information. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow for package that should have taken 2-3 days.

Terrible. Mail on Dec 19th and was to be delivered on 12/22 priority mail and is still in Md on 12/27.

I should have known better than to depend on USPS. My package was going from Woodland CA to Scottsdale AZ. It went to Sacramento, L.A.,Denver (spent 6 days there), and now it’s sitting in New Mexico. Really? Your logistics department needs to visit FedEx and UPS and take note. I understand the volume was high, but 6 days sitting in Denver?

Sent a Christmas package out to my son in Rock Island, Illinois on 12/15/2020. Expected date of delivery was 12/22/2020. Somehow my package ended up in Griffith, GA. and was actually put in a truck for delivery........have tried numerous times to track it again almost a week later and it is STILL showing in Georgia. Wtf is going on with the ineptness of our postal system?????

Why does it take OVER 11 days to deliver a package I mailed from the post office. It was mailed from St Louis, MO and your tracking tells me it's still in St Louis. It was sent Priority Mail with insurance. What the heck are we paying for? We certainly aren't getting what we pay for!!!

My kids paid for 3 day delivery on December 16 from cranford New Jersey and I still don’t have my box. I know it’s been a busy season but this is a bit ridiculous

Worst service I've ever seen, especially when I've paid in avance for it!!

Zero stars!! Horrible service.. ridiculous useless tracking system that tells you absolutely nothing!!! Never use them again!
