Terrible. No status for over a week. Need to privatize this Dept.

They are so slow and lose everything. A package coming from Ohio to St Louis has been "in transit" since Dec 14th. Apparently that wasn't enough time to have it delivered for Christmas. Here it is Dec 27th, still no expected delivery date. Ridiculous! This is the second time I ordered something that was to be delivered USPS and the second time I'm waiting forever for it to be delivered.

Package has been in Rochester NY since Dec 11th. Shipper said it would arrive in 3 dsts. Not! Still waiting. 16 days and counting.

Package mailed to East Coast on December 8th. Sitting in LA since December 13th and still sitting in LA as of December 27th

I sent a package on December 14, 2020 for my grandson Christmas gift. The package should have been there in 3 days, today is 12/28/2020 he still have received his Christmas gift. very disappointed.

Not a good service. Sent box from Mesquite, TX to Indiana on 12/15/20/paid for priority mail 2 day delivery and as of 12/27/20 our Christmas package has not arrived at its destination. I would look for another way of shipping if I were you. It is a horrible service!

Not even worth a star!! Packages going to Cleveland from Florida panhandle on 12/17 and still in Florida on 12/27!!

Can’t get any info on pkg nailed 12/14 from NH to Florida.. still in Pa no others information available

Awful service when mailed I was told it would get there within 6 days. It’s been 2 weeks still not delivered

The best way to know if your pkg arrived, or where it went.

I had a priority package scheduled for 12/24. Its 12/27 and the package us still in route.

I’ve been waiting on my first class package since Dec 13th!!!! Irate!! States, “in transit,” but isn’t moving...

Very disappointed. Mailed pkg out if Waterloo, NY on Dec 19....its showing located at Rochester, NY 6 dates later! You mean to tell me it took 6 days to go 50 miles!!!!! I will be using UPS in the future for all my delivery needs.

I love our postman, he’s wonderful. However I have ZERO faith in what happens after a letter or package leaves my mailbox. Just very disappointed, and no one at USPS seems to even care. They are only able to tell me what I already know, very frustrating and not helpful at all. It’s clear if this was a privately owned business they would never survive.

No recent tracking info available on package in transit more than 2 weeks now. Useless.
