We paid for a 2day shipping on the 17th of December. Today is the 27th of December. The package has NOT arrived yet. I will be getting my money back. Also your tracking is terrible. It doesn’t even tell me where my package is at this moment

USPS deserves zero stars. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced and if I had known, I would have went through any other service like UPS. This is ridiculous and I will never use the USPS again. I sent something out from FL to Baltimore a week ago to arrive on Christmas Eve and it’s still sitting in Florida. How does that make any sense. I want a refund.

I mailed a package to my family on December 16,2020 containing Christmas gifts and they still have not received it. The package was supposed to be delivered by December 22,2020. I tried calling so I could file a complaint and I couldn’t even do that.

Horrible , my package is stilk sitting in Allentown. I shipped it 12/11, From Redners on lehigh street, going to kingman, Az . The fact that its not even in Route yet is pathetic. No excuses.

Tracking is good but when package got to Canada tracking stopped and now have no idea where my package is or how to track it. Its been weeks now

This service has been really bad. Paid over $40 dollars for a package that was mailed on Dec 15 and shipped out in 12 16. Package still not delivered. Been at Newark facility for 3 days.

Crowded day right after Christmas; however, what could have been an unpleasant experience wasn't so bad. Staff was very courteous and efficient.

I paid for priority on 12 17...it is now 12 27 and this still isn't arrived in Florida. and no tracking as of last wed.

On 12/14/20 I sent a package via priority mail to be delivered by 12/18/20. While I certainly understand a reasonable delay might occur due to COVID and the holidays but as of this date my brother still has not received his Christmas gift.

I mailed a package Dec 4th from Delaware to Rhode Island today is Dec 27th. Wht did it get to Providence RI and ended up sitting in Connecticut.
