sent a package out on the 16th of Dec, 10 days later, never made it to PA

Mailed Dec 14th. To Arkansas.as of Dec 26th not received. Still shows as being in London Ky

They are taking to long to deliver . This package was to be in Indiana on Dec 17 . I think its ridiculous and still not there yet.

I’m still impressed that I can mail a letter and it gets where I send it for less than half a dollar!

My nephews Christmas gift has been sitting in NJ since Dec 17th. Thanks USPS. I had to buy him another gift.

Not happy with their service at all. Package hasn't been delivered and it's over a week late so far.

I mailed 2 packages 18 December using Priority Mail. One package was sent to Statesville, NC and the other to Jonesboro, AR. From Central Texas. The package to NC arrived on about the estimated time. The package to AR, which was to be delivered 21 December, STILL hasn't arrived. It has been sitting in Memphis since 23 December after coming from Nashville. So much for the bomb excuse. WHERE is the package? WHEN do you expect to deliver it? WHY is it taking more than a week for Priority Mail to be delivered? I have always preferred to send mail and packages through the USPS, but it may have come to using FEDEX or UPS. I am extremely disappointed and upset. I could have delivered the same package myself in less time and with just a few more dollars in gas money than I paid for the postage, plus I could have seen the people it was sent to. The Postal Service had better do something to improve or continue to lose customers.

They have lost 3 packages in 2020 including one with Christmas gifts. Love blaming it on COVID-19 and lack of manpower. Wish I could use that excuse where I work. Pathetic!!!!

Priority mail took 6 days. Not good

I ordered 2 items from Kohls on 11-26, one arrived by 12-10, I am still waiting on the second one. It has been sitting in Traverse City MI since 12-16 according to tracking. Too late to give as Christmas gift as intended. Not happy at all.

Illogical..why a package shipping to MD, leaves a MD location, then goes to NG, then goes to VT, and then it disappears for 3wks and still has not arrived. This is just insane and a total waste of fuel and resources.
