I sent my mother Christmas cookies on the 14th of December and she still does not have them. They said delivery by the 17th no later than 19th. They didn't say December 2021

Still have 2 package to be delivered 1 by ground mailed on 14 dec Portland to Arizona and 1 by air on 17 Dec to Arizona too

Package says it would be delivered on 24th still not there.

Mailed a USPS Priority Mail package on Dec. 18. Destination Michigan. It went from Huntington Beach to Anaheim to Los Angeles. And there it still is on the afternoon of Dec. 26.

Just dont under stand why its taking so much long

Priority 2 day envelope sent on 12/15/2020 and was supposed to arrive in Atlanta, GA on Sat 12/19/20. It is now 12/26/2020 and all they can tell us is it is somewhere in NY in a distribution center. According to tracking it arrived at said NY distribution enter on12/20/2020. This is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable!

USPS is slower the molasses in the dead of winter ! If your shipping more packages then ever before, you can afford to hire additional workers you punch of penny pinchers

I sent a priority package from Cambridge Minnesota to Bandon Oregon. Sent on December 18 I was told it would reach the destination on the 21. It is now the 26th. I paid $23.85 for 3 day priority mail. This is the worst service ever from the usps. You get ZERO stars but it wouldn't take a zero entry so I'm forced to give you one

Mailed box on Dec 15 saposed to arrive on Dec 18 its Dec 26 still haven't arrived why paid 18 dollars missed Christmas 11 day's could have drove it there in 5 hours wtf

Awful! We paid for 2 day shipping on 12/14/20 out of Carbondale illinois and 12 days later our package is still 8n St Louis.

Ridiculously slow! It has taken 7 days for my package to travel 3 hours away to the 1st sorting facility on its way to Utah. However a package I ordered from a business on Monday to be shipped from and to the same towns has already arrived. I think the USPS is purposely making things slower because their excuse of COVID is ridiculous. Every business in the country is experiencing it and the USPS is the only one that can’t handle it.

Thanks for rerouting my package to Springfield. I know the providence plant is overburdened this Christmas because of Covid

Very unhappy with USPS!!! Sent package on 12/17/2020 @ the post office and they said the package would arrive in RI on 12/21/2020! As of today 12/26/2020 has NOT arrived!!!

Worst I ever saw... if there was a zero, they would have got it..

I sent a package containing Christmas presents for my grandsons Priority Mail on December 18, 2020. Priority Mail was supposed to deliver that package in two (2) days. They gave me an expected delivery date of Monday, December 21, 2020 which was fine. Christmas morning my grandsons still had not gotten their Christmas presents. They received their Christmas presents on the day AFTER Christmas. Not what kind of review should I leave???? Oh, I did pay $33.95 for Priority Mail!
