Unacceptable!! Package mailed December 15 and no tracking info since December 19!! Paid extra for person receiving package to sign. Mailed 3 packages...only one delivered on their delivery time. Today is December 26 and one package still has not been delivered. Shameful what has happened to the postal system!!

Priority, 2day on Dec.15th at Southbury ,CT GOING TO Billerica,MA It went to Baton Rouge LA.It still has not arrived. What is it or was it doing in Louisiana ? VERY,Very Very unhappy for what the 2day priority cost me !!!!!!

Why can't I track my package ???

I mailed a package on Monday from Richmond Va, and the expected delivery date was Christmas Eve in Delaware. The package according to tracking is still in Richmond Va. very poor service.

My package was paid for a 2 day delivery which was sent out on Monday Dec 21 at 3:10 pm. It was supposed to arrive on Wed the 23rd. Why did I pay for 2 day priority if it wasn't delivered in 2 days. I am sorry but people expect things to be delivered when they are supposed to be. It should not be sitting in the Rochester distribution center for 3 days and not moving. Shame on you all.

Sent package 12/21/20and still no trace of the that Merry Christmas that I've sent to my grandkids. This sadiness me.

Why did my box bypass the intended destination and went further South. I paid 2day priority mail shipping on Dec. 07 from Indiana to Madison, AL. Today (the day after Christmas) the USPS said it's at B'ham, AL. They passed right by Madison( north al) to go to Bham (middle of al). My gift should have arrived before Christmas, because I paid for 2day priority shipping but to know that it didn't make Christmas and it passed it's destination is too much!!!

I can't believe how terrible the postal service has been. I have been waiting for 2 weeks on a package that should have only taken 1!

I paid for it to be delivered on 12-24-20 and yet it has not been delivered. Next time I will ship with a different company.

Horrible service - paid for 2 day priority on December 14 and now my military son has nothing for Christmas! 12 days later and it’s still sitting in Kansas City.

Terrible. Paid for 2 day delivery, to arrive several days before Christmas. Instead of going out on delivery truck on Monday before Christmas, it was shipped a different direction & Still NOT Delivered After Christmas!

missed delivery date by a week. I will never use USPS again for package delivery.

I mailed four packages with two day priority on December 15, 2020. Out of the four packages two was delivered on December 21 and the other two have yet to be delivered. It is a shame there is nothing that can be done about this. Really sad display of the postal delivery system.

I mailed my package 12/17/2020 and usps said it would be there by 12/21/2020. Today is 12/26/2020 and my package STILL has not arrived at it's destination. I tracked it and it has been in Irving Texas for 2 days

I paid for priority mail on Dec. 22 and this is Dec. 26 and the mail still has hasn’t gotten to the destination. I will not use USPS in the future!
