Priority mail package mailed 12/14/2020 As of 12/26 in BatonRouge La. Destination is Klamath falls Oregon!!!!

I mailed a priority envelope on December 14th and they still havent received it 12 days later is it lost I cant track it because it wont let me what is going on I will use UPS from now on

Package sent priority sitting somewhere. So I'm sure that the election ballots were treated with the same incompetence. Might as well go back to the pony Express

21 days and package still in Comifornia and needs to get to Ohio

Horrible! Still waiting on a package that did not get delivered on Dec 23rd. They dropped it off to post office. I went up there twice, and they said it would get delivered. Haven't seen it as of today Dec 26th! Monday morning Dec 28th I'm gonna talk to a supervisor!

I really dislike the USPS they never deliver on time, and I never get all of my mail. I had to wait for delivery for over a month one time, but check this out after a week of not getting my package they sent me an email offering me a chance to pick up my package will when I put in the request to do so, they kept putting my package back on another USPS truck! After 3 more weeks of that mess I gave up and boom my package was in my mailbox! Smh

Mailed pkg with delivery for 12/22/2020. It’s 5 days past & tracking reveals it’s only left PO where I mailed it. Shameful!

Waiting for package to arrive in Delaware 1 1/2 weeks ago. It's still sitting in Massachusetts! Was supposed to be there Dec 11th!!! This really makes me upset, birthday and Christmas gifts. I paid extra for 2 day delivery!!

I will never use the post office again to send a package they've lost my package my family had no Christmas presents to open. They told me it would be there when I mailed it on the 10th and never let the Vegas facility till the 14th I paid for priority they told me 45 days I figured it really means 10 and nobody has seen it and nothing shows up when I track the package. The post office is extremely incompetent!

I’ve been waiting for a package that was shipped 12/8. It has been stuck in the Hyattsville facility since 12/18. It could have been walked to Easton, MD and I would have gotten it for Christmas. I don’t want to hear about Covid etc. You took the package. It was the USPS responsibility to get it to me by 12/24 especially since it’s been in the system since 12/8 10 days and then no movement for 6 days.

My package should have gone from Tyler Texas to Dallas Texas which was not very far but instead of dad you sent it clear to Kansas City. This is absolutely wrong. I could understand a little late this because of the pandemic but not being sent to Kansas City when it should have gone to Dallas Texas. This is going to an older lady shut in for Christmas . Maybe you should retrain your employees.

I sent a package 12/9/20 so it would be there for Christmas, it stayed in Roanoke,VA for 7 days got to where it was supposed to go day after Christmas. Postal service stinks. I ordered a package in November didn't get it till day after Christmas. So much for Christmas present

Well, the post office really didn't deliver this year. Mailing a package on December 15th which should have taken 2 days did not even arrive by Christmas. Was advertised that packages that were mailed by that date would arrive on time, itwas only going 500 miles, not cross country. Service is really bad! Didn't want to give even 1 star.

I know you guys are doing the best that you can... if it wasn’t for this administration gutting the hell out of y’all’s day to day operations.. we wouldn’t be experiencing these styles of setbacks! Keep up the great work, working with what you have

Terrible service. Packages just stopped moving.for weeks No one can help you figure out where they are. Ruined my Christmas
