The absolute worst. Bad when FedEx is better than you

I mailed four packages at the same time to Utah from Hawaii to make sure to get there before Christmas one packages for each of my grandchildren. One package did not arrive and it still hasn't gotten delivered here it is December 26th. My grandson had no present from me while his brother and sister did. Terrible Service

Sent package 12-19-20 it hasn't reach its destination yet. Very disappointed.

Not delivered on time when I paid extra.

Very upset that my package is still sitting in Pennsylvania it was supposed to arrive in Massachusetts on the 21st now it’s the 26th very disgusted

The mail delays this holiday season are unprecedented and unacceptable. I lay the blame at the feet of Louis Dejoy and Donald J. Trump, but certainly NOT at the feet of my loyal mail carrier. What the heck? Stop screwing with the US Postal Service which has worked pretty darned well since Benjamin Franklin founded it back in the 18th century.

The Casas Adobes postal branch is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and accommodating branches in the area. The workers are pleasant, efficient and respectful to all customers. It’s a pleasure to do business at this branch.

Just my FYI and an offering of hope.. I mailed granddaughters​ birthday gift on 6-15. Her birthday was 6-29. From ATL to NY. Package finally delivered until 8-18. The not knowing, checking tracking # and waiting caused a lot of anxiety. I thought it had been stolen. I prepared to complete the USPS forms. I received the text alert at 1:00 am The package had arrived. My USPS nightmare was over. My faith in the USPS to deliver packages on time is gone. The good thing was it had not been stolen and my granddaughter​ finally got her birthday gifts​.

I send a pkg on the 9dec.went to denver, it hasn't moved since then what the hell is going on

Paid priority mail 2 WEEKS AGO from thorofare, nj to Warminster, pa and package was sent to you Jersey City distribution. Package still nit delivered. Destination is a 30 minute drive from my location. You reps guaranteed it would be there before Christmas. If that was not the case then I show not have been charged and lied to!

Package sat in a sorting facility in Edison, NJ for 8 days. Really? USPS is a disgrace! I am in the distribution business and USPS is by far the worst option but unfortunately, a necessary evil sometimes.

Waste of time and money..shut them down.

My package, the only presents my would get for Christmas, mailed on 12/14, has been sitting in the PA center since the 19th. No movement, no update, nothing. Thanks for NOT making their Christmas in solitude merry and bright.

I have been waiting on a package I ordered as a Christmas gift with plenty of time to receive it only to find out it sat in NJ so far from 18th-26th and no idea when it will ever get to my state before the person leaves it was intended for. WORSE SHIPPING TIME EVER!! I watched Amazon packages have precedence over others and they don't deserve to be pushed ahead of other packages!!! Will be using UPS in 2021!
