I want my package that was supposed to arrive on Dec,8 th it's now after Christmas is over and my package is full of Christmas presents

It is awful! My package. Has been in transit since Dec 15. When you use the tracker that is all it says!

Sent this pkg 12/8/20 to Ann Arbor from Taylor. It is now 12/26/20 and they have not received it. Paid $8.25 to send it. This is unacceptable. Very poor service.

4 packages missing. Cannot give any delivery information. Packages mailed 12/16.....First class retail...should have been delivered 12/21. None arrived at locations.

A certified letter was sent to from Caldwell Idaho to Me in Fairfield Ca on 22 Dec 2020. It is now 12 pm Saturday 26 Dec. and I still have not received the letter. Very poor service

No information packages all a week late or more... still no sign of them even on their way

If not for federal funding, ups and fedex would just deliver all the letters also. I request not to ship usps whenever possible. Y’all take forever to ship stuff and waste a ton of time between destinations.

I ordered something November 30, okay, said it would be here December 18 it's now December 26 and it still isn't here I get Christmas and covid things but really.

You forced me to use prioty shipping with 2 day delivery and after 12 days its still not delivered to my sister. Thanks a fricken lot. Next time i will use UPS.

I mailed 2 packages from Dunnville, KY on the 14th of December. One going to IN the other going to OH. They both went to TN!?! The one going to IN was finally delivered today and the one for OH is still in TN. I was told they would be guaranteed they would get there by Christmas

Paid for 3 day delivery and still not there over 2 week

I never received one of my packages wven though it said delivered. was on hold for two hours and then hung up! Unprofessional

Priority package was supposed to be delivered from Clearwater Florida to Phoenixville Pa on 12/19/20, today is 12/23/20 and it’s still not here. That’s very poor service. Next time I’ll use UPS.

Horrible! I mailed a package 12 days ago! And it’s still sitting in a facility in Los Angeles. It’s supposed to be in Indiana and I can not get one human being to speak to me!!! I spent $47 dollars to have it mailed by Christmas I am disgusted
