Terrible service. Package out for nine days and still not close to location

My package is 10 days late and appears to be lost. It has cards and presents for my family.

I mailed my package at Claymont, DE on 12/08/2020. My package.took one entire week to reach Philadelphia, PA. (12/15/2020). My package is STILL sitting in Philadelphia as of today (13/23/2020). I paid $7.75 for a priority mail envelope going to Chula Vista California on December 10th. Supposedly left Fayetteville NC but not other tracking info. Called the post office from which I originally mailed it and was told it's probably sitting on a loading dock somewhere! Unacceptable service!!!!!!! I would not even give them 1 star. And this is not the first time it's happened. Happened even before Covid-19 and the Election. Very unhappy customer!

paid 70 bucks for 2 day shipping and my granddaughter will not have her gifts by christmas why charge me so much could of gone a cheaper way its after Christmas anyways. Higher more people if thats what needed give us what we paid for....

Package shipped 12-14 from Texas Insured to Glendale Az is still in Texas Today is 12-23-2020 slow Knowing the time of year it is still very slow.

Terrible service, mail disappearing or being delivered weeks late.

I paid $30 dollars for 3 day delivery and that was 5 days ago and it's still not there. How do you get your money back for not getting the service you paid for.

Horrible, it is now December 23rd and the last update you are giving me is December 14th!

This package was shipped on 12/12/2020. PLENTY of time to arrive before Christmas. Was to be deliver on 12/16/2020 about. This is now the 23rd of Dec. Now 13 days later package STILL has not been delivered. Tracking only tells me in transit. WHY? The worse I every seen . My package was supposed to be delivered by Dec. 18th, it was mailed on Dec.14th at 9:23am. It hasn't been delivered at this time . Today is Dec. 23rd.

We have waited for 10-15 days for priority packages . We watched them go to destinations that don’t make since .Packages sitting in hubs for days . And they wonder why they are going bankrupt .
