I sent a package priority mail on 12/17 NM to VA expected delivery 12/21. The package as of 12/23 is still in Dallas. I received a package 12/23, mailed from VA to me that was mailed on 12/21. How is this even possible? Very agitated. I mailed a letter to VA 3 months ago and it still has not arrived.

I send a package out on 12/16/20 it does not show that the package has ever moved!!!!! Today is 12/23/20. Good thing you have another few billion dollars coming your way from the government. Stop pissing it away!

It would be a lot better if the package I paid 70 bucks for 2 day shipping would get to my grand daughter on time rather then Monday like im told. Why I had to pay for 2 days when its after Christmas when she gets it. Couldn't I have gone a cheaper rough then 2 days.

Utterly ridiculous. Very POOR Service

I paid extra for Priority 2-Day delivery. Mailed from NM to Colorado on December 14th. I was also told by post office it would be delivered in 2-3 days! So far, day 10 and no delivery yet!!!

This is horrible & abominable. Paid for priority mail on 12/11/2020 and tomorrow is Christmas Eve and not yet delivered. A God Dam Burning Shame.

Person at the counter was great. However if I am paying for two day shipping and the packages haven't left the facility a full seven days later I want a refund. I understand this is the holiday season and all, however this is ridiculous.

I mailed 6 packages on Dec 7/8. As of today 12/23, only 2 have arrived. Two of the six were to arrive on Dec 10th. As of 12/23 at 4:50pm none has arrived Four of the six were mailed on Dec 8th. As of today 12/23, 2 arrived and 2 (in transit)/ totally unacceptable due to cost of postage to mail these. I mailed them early in December and 2 days before Christmas 4 are still OUT. Your distribution centers I know are overwhelmed but the PO had 8 months to prepare for an overload of packages. Never again. I'll use UPS and see how they do as people I know did and their packages all delivered

My package has been sitting in atlanta for ten days!!! Terrible service it won’t be here for Christmas!

Paid for two day shipping!!! Suppose to be there YESTERDAY!! If not there today I will be checking on a refund!
