Package sent on Dec 14 PRIORITY MAIL, Dec 23 still no package.

Mailed 3 packages one to Colorado, one to Florida and one to California. Colorado and Florida got their package by the time they had said. But today is the 23rd and the California one is in Kansas. So it took 5 days to get to Kansas City, Mo. Wow!!! Not even going in the right direction. To say I'm disappointed is putting it mildly.

I'm really impressed how fast my package got to his destination.

Very disappointed! Paid for 2 day shipping 12/14. No update in delivery status since 12/18. Says “in transit”. Agree with others: why have a tracking # if there is no update? Will never ship with USPS again.

Next day really means next week even if you ship it on Monday!!!!

Terrible service. Priority Mailed 12/14/20 and still in transit at 4 PM on 12/23/20. Priority is 2 to 3 day - not 10 days!!

Priority mailed 12/14 with expected delivery of 12/17. Status 12/23/20 at 4PM- in transit.

Five packages were mailed from the local post office on December 19th. Four of the five have reached their targeted locations. One item has not been tracked since the 19th. According to your site, it is still in Burlingame California. Please update this information

My parcels has still not be delivered since November 11th they were intended for Christmas gifts. Very slow.

Been saying same thing for a week. Love our local post ofc & staff but delivery service is a joke even with a storm & COVID packages should be moving by now. UPS & FedEx seem to manage to get their parcels delivered

9 days later a 2-day guaranteed delivery has not been delivered it shows it left Fort Collins it went to Denver Colorado doesn't show it left Denver headed to Philadelphia stagnant for a week

It don't said where is the package

Parcel was sent via priority 2 day shipping. It has been 8 days. The tracker says in transit and was last updated 2 days ago.

Still waiting for a package that was sent one day priority to an area 2hours away on the 8th to be delivered. Can't believe this. Truly sad
