My package to Long Beach, Ca has been in Atlanta for weeks. Why and when will get out of there This is ridiculous as I mailed it on 12/5.

No update on package since 12/18 and its 12/23? Unacceptable.

Not impressed this is a joke still in Ill not even close to Michigan yet just about a week later not happy

I sent 2 packages to the same state at the same time both with the same gifts and they told me they would no h be there 12-21-2020 however only one of them got there on that day!! The other gift is still in California. Why and how something like that could happen just boggles the mind!!!????

Absolutely unacceptable to watch and item that was paid for two day delivery to watch it still in starting state 5 days later with no ETA of delivery.

I paid $85 and $71 to send 2 packages to Canada on December 11th. According to tracking one just got to Chicago today and the other is still in transit to Merrifield PO— 5 miles away from the post from where I posted it. Next year Amazon.. I try not to support the online giants, but this is ridiculous.

Really poor service this year; tracking info not updated for days...should have gone to UPS - this has changed my view of USPS - ruining Christmas for a lot of folks.

I mail a package priority flat I was told it would arrive on Dec 18th it still is in transit. Very disappointing. A thank you card from Washington DC took 22 days to reach Zanesville Oh, again very disappointing. Can I ask for a refund for my package?

Ship package on 12/15/2020 paid for 2-3 days shipping with tracking so my daughter could have it before Christmas I understand it the holiday season but I can't even track the location of my package and I shipped a package with a different company on 12/19/2020 and it was delivered earlier today 12/23/2020 and no one can tell anything about my package

Where are my packages???? Very upset. Postal service should have advised of the delays when they took money and packages. Two packages for my granddaughter in limbo. 9 days later still no packages and mailed priority. One mad customer.

The USPS used to be one of the most highly respected and well run departments in the US government. However, ever since Tump’s attempted election sabotage, with his dismantling of the USPS, it has become a broken organization. With the new administration starting January 29th there is new hope for this critical organization.

USPS is doing a completely horrible job!!! I paid to have a 2 day priority package shipped which is horribly overpriced and it ahould have been delivered on December 15th, it is now the 22nd and it's still in transit. Which to me is unacceptable. If they are going to be delays they should not charge us for 2 day priority. Or at least tell us it will be delayed.
