I am missing two packages from the USPS. It’s been a month and nothing. Horrible

They are an abomination They don't deserve a star

I realize it's Christmas and Covid problems, but I sent my package on December 14th with an arrival date of December 18. It made it from Grand Blanc Michigan to Detroit and there it sits since the 14th. Bad service! I'm sure my grandson won't have his present by Christmas!

Items has been sitting in Carson California for 5 days.

I sent a box overnight delivery with waived signature, and the delivery person didn’t leave the box causing my son to have to go to the post office tomorrow due to work. That’s not what I paid for. I also had a box sent to a different state on December 14 sent priority mail that has still not made it to its final destination. Paid for insurance on both packages also. This is unacceptable and I will not use USPS again to send boxes. It’s not the first time I have issues with priority mail packages or envelopes. Something needs to be done to fix the system overall.

Pkg was mailed from Antelope CA on 12/8. As of 12/22 pkg is in Los Angeles. Destination is MA. I am not pleased.

Good service but very slow

What is going on with USPS? I mailed packages from Taylor’s,SC, on Dec 7. One got about 15 minutes down the road to Greenville on the 5 th, and the other made it to Columbia by Dec 17. Those are presents for my 8 grandchildren!!!!! I am not happy!!!

Mailed package on Dec 12th. Got as far as Springfield, MA and stopped. Need package to arrive by Christmas

Horrible service. Employee inside the post office wasn’t wearing a mask, this show no consideration to the public. I can’t believe the USPS doesn’t make this mandatory. Paid for 2 day priority shipping so my love ones would have their gifts and it’s now been 9 and they still don’t have them. If USPS can’t provide the service they claim they should cut their shipping rates.

Order item 1st week of November and package yas been sitting in same location for 21 days has not moved. Covid has been going on since March not nothing new hire more people.

I have been very pleased w/my holiday shipping...in 1 case, box arrived 1 day earlier than expected. This latest delivery is a day late, BUT I mailed after guideline dates, it will still arrive before Christmas. I think your people are doing great! Except for my regular postman in Riverton. Our Complex still having problems w/mis-deliveries.

2 weeks and no delivery of 2 day priority

Package hasn't moved in over a week. Nothing will ever be delivered if it just gets thrown in a corner.
