Excellent..arrived a day sooner then I was told it would be

Very professional and friendly staff.

I am really upset about the usps “service”. I sent two packages on 12/07 on priority mail, one to go to Charleston, SC, and one to Richmond, VA. They were supposed to arrive on 12/10. The one to Charleston arrived there on time, the one to Richmond, according to the tracking, has been “stuck” in transit in the same place (Charleston, WV) ever since I sent it from Huntington, WV! I don’t know if it will ever get to its destination with my Christmas presents, or if it has been lost forever. I don’t even know where to present my claim!!! Very disappointed!

Very disappointed in the service. I paid 15.05 for a three day delivery and the package was to be delivered Saturday and it is still enroute

Sent package priority mail on Monday the 14th of December from Shirley Ma to Seabrook Tx and it’s now in Indianapolis! Awful

USPS is getting worst everyday! It should take 10 days for a package to arrive to Mass from Va when it’s mailed priority!

I mailed several packages on Dec 2. It is now the 16th just checked tracking numbers. Answer was in transit on the 6th. I thing this is rediculas

It's been 10 days for a package to move between 8 states and every day it says it will be arriving and every day it still hasn't arrived. I get its the holidays , but this is crazy

This is absolutely ridiculous.!!!! So pissed!! If we don't get what we pay for we usually get refund.wrecked my Christmas.ordered stuff. Way ahead of time.i can't walk to shop.christmas is ruined by the post office.looks like ups is the way to go

I sent 2 boxes out of Taylor’s po 12/12/20 to California (40 miles apart). One arrived 12/17. The other according to your tracking is still in Greensboro, NC. The po is no help and the number we are supposed to call? Nobody ever answers!

No delivery.. No tracking.. Its like everyone just stopped working at a very important time !!

Your service is awful-it has been 10 days already for a small package to be delivered IN STATE and it STILL isn’t there while a second package which was shipped at the same time has arrived at the same destination. This is unacceptable service!

My receipt shows that my package to Walton, KY “expected delivery date” is 12/17/20...yet your tacking system shows it went from Fort Smith, AR to Fayetteville, AR same day I paid for mailing which was 12/14/20....it does not show that it has LEFT Fayetteville toward Walton, KY! Due to the weather I don’t foresee the package arriving on the “expected” due date, but I would expect that it has left Fayetteville!!!
