My package was initially due to be received in Saturday 12/12, then on Monday 12/14 and now it says "in transit, late" Terrible service!!!

Tracking package long waiting

I paid for three day delivery. It has now been 18 days and the package has still not arrived.

Why does it take over 3 days (still waiting) for a small package to travel from Atlanta to Cartersville GA? Its only 40 miles. Are we using people on foot to move the last mile? USPS stinks.

You pay extra to get it there quicker. They take your money and do nothing to get it there when it should. Just another poorly run govt agency.

Terrible service. Package was to be delivered to Louisiana on 12/14 instead it is still sitting in Dayton on 12/15.

I give you company a 3 and that is because everytime I have a package it's been sent to wrong state, package is damaged or as like now lost. Yes package has been lost for over 2 weeks and and it sits at our post office for 2 days. How about employing people that can follow directions and get packages to people on time and not damaged

What does " in transit" really mean. Where is it after 9 days. Poor user system when you can't really " track" a pkg.

It took 2 weeks to deliver. It sit in Columbus Ohio that long

Very unhappy with postal service.My mail goes to everyone in my town.If I'm lucky they will give it to me.Why do we have the laziest mail carriers in the world.I didn't even want to leave one star.The mail carriers can't even walk a block.They drive to every house

My package is lost. The tracking says it went to Memphis tn . It was going from Morristown tn to maryville tn . Where is it and what happened? It was suppose to arrive last Friday?

Would of gotten 5 stars but last few and few means like 4 or more items either took way to long or I didn't receive or usps delivered my items to wrong address that's why

Absolutely useless they even give tracking numbers. I ordered a package on 11/27 from Buffalo NY and as of 12/14 it’s made it to New Jersey. Ridiculous that you can’t order a month before you need something and receive it on time.

Well our grandkids Christmas package was mailed in December 9, 2020. Delivery date December 14, 2020. It’s still in transit five days later! I definitely will have to use FedEx next time.

I sent a package 2 day delivery on 12/7/20. Today is 12/15/20 and it still has not been delivered!!!! Also in October my mom sent my daughter a birthday card and it was sent back to her, so she sent it out again and it was lost. There was nothing wrong with the address or postage on either parcel. And they want more money!!!
