Terrible service, small package sent from Hillview took 7 days to go 15 miles to main p.o. 9 days later, still at main p.o. Should have been delivered in 5 days to chicago.

Very poor service ! I understand that due to Covid there are delays but when you pay extra to have something shipped faster and it takes 3 days to travel to a place I can drive to in an hour , there’s a problem . I mailed something on December 3rd hoping to get it to relatives in Puerto Rico by December 22nd . Next time I’ll spend my money on Fed Ex or UPS .

Priority mail was to be delivered 2 day ago

It is now 12/16 and the package that I sent to my grandsons on 12/1 still has not arrived. It only had to go from Indiana to Illinois. So disappointing!

I was told this would be there the following Friday I sent it on November 30th I don't understand why it's taking so long the post office is the worst!!!

I think I should have used UPS

I fear my package will never reach AZ. It's been stuck on Chicago for 17 days.

Paid $30 extra for2 day delivery from CO to FL after 3 days the parcel has gone only 25 miles and is still in Denver. Terrible

Last tracking shows that package has been sitting at same post office for the last 4 days. I know it’s Christmas, but this is ridiculous.

Sent a package express delivery on 12/0802020 still sitting in Cleveland with parishables in it I might add! On 12/13/2020 was supposed to be there Saturday it’s now almost wendsday! Website shows it as transit and sitting in the Cleveland hun since the 9th! I paid 20$ for a pkg to be delivered very late if it gets delivered at all! The USPS is a joke no delivery is guaranteed website and front desk clerk are useless! On my receipt it says covid 19 impacts package delivery times may be extended however Priority Mail Express service will not change. What a joke I could’ve drove it to NY state myself 4 times over. Will not be using this service again and would like to know how your going to compensate me for wasting my time and not delivering it’s still sitting as of 12/15/2020

False information during the entire delivery. Hate using USPS. Will be actively avoiding this type of shipping.

If you are late you need new implies because my oder did not come and they are not shipping it it better come on the 17th like it should and not late.
