Instead of 2 days priority took 7 days.

I have never seen such a mess with packages not getting to us , I need my Medication's and now it appears they are lost as well as my order from peachskin , what is going on ? Also we have had some things delivered to other addresses with our name clearly on them and our address. I surely hope that our loss items make it here . This is as bad as voting by mail prayers that never happens again .

Mailed a package to Hawaii on Nov 28 & it didn't arrive until Dec 14. That sucks! Need better service!

I have excellent delivery personnel and the office staff are always accommodating and very helpful

I returned a package on Dec 1st to go back to Illinois. It is still in Denver. This package is worth $150.00 credit. I don't know what to do and I am disgusted. I can't afford to lose my credit return.

Mailed package out December 7th from Brandenburg Ky been sitting in Louisville since December 13th WHY? NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I purchased some automotive parts for my private party. They sent the parts to me via USPS. The parts were scheduled to be delivered on December 12. It is now December 15 and the tracking system states in route with no definitive location at this time. This is totally unacceptable

Why do y'all offer 2 day priority, if the mail doesn't get to the destination til 5-6 days later???
