It is now 15th of December and I was told my package would be there on the 4th of December and its still not there. It was a package sent from Clinton Iowa to Cherokee North Carolina. Very disappointing. Poor review.

My $9.20 priority mail package mailed on Dec.2nd still has not made it to Columbus Ohio from Damascus Ohio. I could have walked there by now.

USPS needs to update their infrastructure to provide better tracking services. I shipped a package to my son who is in the Navy based in Japan. It has been 10 days and the only update I have is it Departed O'Hare airport. I had to use the USPS because they are the only group who can deliver to a military base. The private sector such as UPS has much better infrastructure for tracking packages.

Paid extra ($18.45) for 2day delivery to Worester,Mass. PACKAGE WENT TO ROCHESTER ! Now It's been on the road for 8 days. It's a 3 hour drive to Dorchester! Requesting refund!

I wished there was a zero star. Worst service for being paid to get a time sensitive letter out. Over a week and still downtown. I could have sent a pigeon and got it there quicker

Horrible service!!! Paid for 3 to 5 business day delivery. It has now been two weeks and it has only made it to Detroit MI which is only about 45mins. from where I live. Thus is totally unacceptable. I would give zero stars, but obviously that is not an option. You guys are liars!! You can't blame this on staffing because I sure do receive ALL junk mail on time and when I stopped in at the local postoffice to ask for a refund(which was not given) there were more staff working in there than I have ever seen!!! There is no excuse for this. Pandemic or not 2 weeks is way past the 3 day delivery that I paid for and was told would happen.
