This is unacceptable..... the package was shipped on December 1st and now it is Dec. 12th and all you can tell me is it’s in transit.... my daughter has a Christmas program the 13th and she was planning to wear the dress..... this site is a joke and your service is horrible!!! I would give you a - star if that was an option.

I had a package mailed to New Jersey on December 7 2020 and expected delivery was December 10 and they haven’t received their package. I’m praying that get it because it’s Christmas gift and I mailed out early so I wouldn’t have any problems

Paid for two day shipping. Five days later still hasn’t arrived

Day 12 and my latest update is from December 6. It says my package is in transit from Springfield. Springfield is 60 miles from it's orgin. I went to the PO for help/answers and they said " that's just how things are going now". This was an important business package and could cost me a bunch. I heard the postal guy ask the person in front of me if they wanted overnight delivery. I wanted to scream. Bottom line if you can't deliver a service then don't charge extra for it.

Worst delivery service ever. Three packages delivered to Atlanta 5 days ago but they cant get to Tuscaloosa, AL by Christmas. Seriously?!

Tracking system is terrible!!! No update whatsoever. Just it will be late. Really??

Priority Mail mailed Nov 28 still says in transit. Outrageous.

CVS shipped medication Nov. 30 & we haven't received medication yet Dec. 11. What happened to reliable service. Have been watching tracking.

My perishable package that was sent on dec 8 has sat in springfield ma for 3 days . When Roslindale ma is only an hour n 45 min away its destination. I am very annoyed

Like dealing with the Federal Govt. trying to find out status of medicine on 12/3. Never received it. We trusted them with handling ballots! They can’ t handle regular mail!

Was told estimate delivery would be Dec 4th. A week later still not there. Snail mail for sure.

I mailed a package to union kentucky on November 30th for two day delivery. It is December 12th and it is lost.

I sent a letter to Charlotte on 12/7 to arrive on 12/10, I am still tracking this letter that was needed for court purposes. Status still showing in rout..Wow...
