Service has gone so far downhill, I will never ship anything ever again through USPS.

My package was sent off on the 2 of Dec using 3 day mail then they tell me it want arrive in Atlanta until the 7th of Dec and its the 11th of Dec and my package still haven't arrived. Would not recommended using this platform. If your expecting to have a package delivered on time

The postal service needs to provide better service to customers

Original delivery date of 12/7. Then 12/11. Here we are on 12/12 with no package and no update. Begging for people to use you, but can't get anything delivered.!

Y'all never never get my package there on time i understand that there will be dalays but come its always late always last year i mailed it December 13th for xmas and they didnt get it till January 16th tell me why it took so long. Suppose to arrive on the 8th,still not arrive. Never using this company again and I'm telling all my friends and family not to use it.

I sent packages to my family for Christmas on November 27th. Most people I sent them to have received them but 1. I have tracked this package and it sits at the oak creek facility now for over 9 days. I cant seem to get anyone to respond to me as to why it hasn't moved.
