Package should have arrived in the SE of USA and after 4 days it's still sitting in Rochester, NY.

Horrible tracking and delivery service. Will not use again.

Package is now 3 days late, tracking is vague at best. I want a refund!

Lately the USPS do not delivery the packages on time. I have purchased items from Amazon, since I am an Amazon Prime customer, I am supposed to receive my items in a certain frame time. Always my packages are stuck somewhere in Las Vegas or in another state, then even with a tracking number there is No updated information on the USPS website, and inquiring on Person at my local post office is even worse - they yell at people.

Sent a package thank goodness its insured. Mailed it dec 4th... looking at tracking was at coppell distribution for 2 days then left. ... now it back at coppell...it was only going about 80 miles to texas from oklahoma.. they sent to tulsa (wrong direction by about 100 miles) then to coppell tx (pass by where it was going to my sisters) left coppell in transit after 2 days. Now back at coppell tx. I could have walked and taken her the package by now. Now its dec 10th.... 6 days are you kidding me ! Very unhappy !

Lost books cannot find tracking information

You sent my live birds the wrong way . I live in Az.. You sent them to NY . By the time I get them they will be dead. How could you do that to live birds.

Sent three packages. One gets there in 4 days, one in 6 days, 9 days later one is still “ in transit”. Maybe the Postmaster should share their annual bonuses!

Received notice that my package would arrive Dec. 5th, then the 6th, then the 7th. It's the 9th today and tracking shows my package in Las Vegas coming by truck and I live in Maryland. I guess it will arrive by Dec.5th 2021 maybe?

At Security, Co post office clerk blow their noses, then go back waiting on customers without sanitizing or washing their hands, no wonder people keep getting sick.
