Very Poor service. Put tracking number in and all it states is in delivery that was starting 12/03/2020 Package was a 2 day and was told it would be there Monday and today is Thursday and still not there!

Sent a package to kentucky was delivered in ohio! It was a ebay sale and now holds on my account and customer is angry! No luck yet on package ...really KY and Oh look nothing alike..yes address was correct zip code correct and ledge able to read !

My small envelope has been in route to Wrightwood from Escondido since 11/30/2020 which is only a 2 hr trip. Today is 12/10/2020.

Since I moved to 30101 Acworth is the worst possible postal service I have received in my 70 years of life. Right now they are holding my package hostage, tracking number says they received it on 12-07 and for the past 3 days they are holding on to it at their facility and have not deliver it This is not the first time this happens. I wonder how much longer do we need to put up with terrible service. The women at the post office seem to be miserable and don’t know what good customer service looks or feels like. They should be retired and let someone who like to treat people well, take their jobs

tracking says package delivered tuesday dec 1st today is the 10th still nothing

Here it is 12/10. Package was sent 12/2 with delivery by the 7th...still no package and no update on tracking since the 3rd...this is UNACCEPTABLE

I’m in California and my military cadet is in NewYork every time I send a package it has either been a day early or right on time I cannot thank you enough United States Postal Service ❣️

My slip says EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE (NOT ESTIMATED) DECEMBER 10TH (TODAY) when I tracked it it says it hasn't even left my own towns post office!

10 days late after paying $50.00 and has not ARRIVED yet! Very poor service!

I have 3 packages that are pass due already, I even waited days after it should've arrived but nothing and I checked the tracking location on the map and they are still in the office they been there for days not moved a inch, what's going on and one of the packages that did arrive on time was broken and I know it wasn't the seller because he sent me photos before it was shipped.

Mailed a package to Temperance, MI. On 12/4/2020 from Astatula, Fl. Tracking. number indicates it is still in Florida. Map shows the truck is in the Seminole Swamp as of the 8th. Today is the 10th. Is the truck still in the swamp? Any update would be appreciated.

A third package still in Rochester, NY. The package is to be delivered today in the SE USA. Extremely poor service. I paid a lot of $$$ for this service and you failed BIG TIME. Three packages still sitting in Rochester. Shame, shame, shame. I shouldn't be giving you one star. Or the one star goes to the PO where I mailed out the three packages.

Another package still sitting in Rochester, NY. It is to be delivered to SE USA tomorrow. I guess it won't be delivered in time. How sad!!!

I can’t rate as usps is inefficient. Packages show departed north Wales pa post office 12/4, today is 12/10 and no update. Postal service Continues to decay.

Poor delivery service. Priority mail is taking nine days for delivery to go from Pennsylvania to Florida. A first class envelope which cost $7 less got to Florida in 3 days. Someone in the usps should be held accountable.
