I had very bad experiences with USPS all the time, despite of the very high fees they are late too much and behind all the time ,last time my stuff went another state even...

My mother sends me several packages a year and the last 3 she has tried to send me have been a nightmare. She pays for priority 2 day shipping and all 3 packages have arrived late 1 took 12 days the 2nd took a week and now this is the 3rd package she has sent 2 days hipping and has been sitting at the distribution center in FL for 3 days. My package was due to be delivered yesterday and there has been no updates on when the package should arrive. This is beyond unacceptable why pay for 2 day shipping if it won't arrive for 2 days?

When you absolutely must have a package lost go to the Post Office they'll do a great job at it

My package is very very important as many of the folks on here. You guys are almost a week late with my priority parcel from new jersey to alabama. Ridiculous. It's not showing on the tracking where it is and nobody will tell me if it's lost. I will no longer be using your services as i see with many others!

Mailed package priority mail on 12/04/20. USPS Tracking has not updated as of 12/8/20. I hope some progress has been made moving this package as the map still shows it where I mailed it. Should I call the post office where I mailed it, as it has never updated, since?

Very inaccurate and slow. Tracking said my package was in another state and arrived.

This Makes No Sense To Go From California To Illinois Adding Several Additional Days To My Delivery Not A Happy Customer With Paying As Much As I Did For Shipping

I mailed a package on 12/1, with insurance. It was supposed to be delivered on 12/4. I have tried tracking it, and the only information I can get it is that it is " in transit" . It has been " in transit" now for 8 days; it only takes 5 hours to drive from my city to the city that I sent the package to. I am giving only 1star not only for the lateness, but the poor information about where the package is.

The tracking is horrible. Couldn't find a pkg if they were holding it
