Send package on 11/25, estimated delivery 12/2. Last update 11/28.

My package after switching over from UPS has sat in Hazelwood MO since Thursday. I live roughly 2 hours from this sorting facility. You can’t tell me it take more than 3 days to process and get it sent down to Vienna IL. I understand we are in a pandemic, rough times, yada yada. However, this facility is like this all the time. I’m so sick of our country’s postal service and the poor quality.

I paid $26.95 for priority 2day delivery fir my grandson’s birthday gift. Mailed the package on sat Nov 28 and was told it would be delivered by Tuesday Dec 2. It is now Mon Dec 7, his birthday, and my package has not yet been delivered. :(

Package WAS NOT Delivered as promised!!!! Took off work to be home!!! List 8hrs. PAY !!!!!!!

My package hasn't arrived yet and its still at costume and no update

sent package priority mail on 12/01 9.20 now 12/07 package is not delivered. disappointed.

It's no wonder the U.S. postal service is in the red. You've had my package for 6 days and it's went approximately a hundred miles I could have walked it that far. Pathetic. I would have been fired from my job if my performance was that terrible.

I paid for extra shipping and my stuff is still not here !!!!

I thought the post office said they could handle all the ballots for voting. But ever since then all my importance medicine and other important things are coming a day or two later even now after. I knew they couldn't handle it. And it's a shame because I know all the postal workers are working so hard and it makes them look bad even though it's not your fault. Just another Government lie makes other people look bad I hope you understand that the one star it's not because you aren't working hard. It's because the government lie to us again.

Package was delivered day before it was scheduled.

I want to thank you to all of the postal workers who got my mothers birthday gift on time and on the right date, I hope.

40 miles away 5 days i could of walked it there.
