I took a Return to Sender package to the Farragut Tennessee post office on November 12th. This is December 7th and the package has never left the facility. They tracking number shows nothing. I am out $75 for a product I did not order and I cannot get a refund until the product is found and return to the company. It is in its original Shipping package and was never opened. No one at the post office was able to help me. This is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable! I would rate it at zero Stars if I could

You seem to have lost my package. It shipped on 11-16. Should have been here withing 3 days. That was 21 days ago..... where is it?????

3 out of 4 times did I have Sent packages to other States they did not get there on time. In fact most of the time they arrived 3 Or 4 days late. And never Is there an explanation for the delay or an apology. Which is why I will be switching to fedex or UPS.

Lost package. Cannot find

Paid for 3 day delivery didn't get there for 5 days . The other package is still in transit 8 days still not there (buffalo to Chicago)

I sent a package Priority Mail from NY on Nov. 2nd to GA. The package was due to arrive on Saturday. The package is at the distribution center today, Dec. 7th per the tracking number. There were 3 days guarantee deliver on the package. Total failure.

My package was mailed on Nov 27th from Prairie Grove, AR. It left there on the 30th and arrived in Fayetteville, AR on Dec 1st. It was supposed to arrive Dec 4th. Today is the 7th and it’s still sitting there. The package is very important to me. Please don’t let it fall through the cracks. It cannot be replaced.

Did not deliver package had to go to post office twice because they could not find it

Said attempted to deliver my package but I dont see how when no one knocked on the door nor rang the door bell. The drive way isn't blocked and the package wouldn't fit in the mail box. Still haven't received it or heard back from anyone

Empty package where is product?

my package was supposed to be arriving on saturday the 4th and it is still not here it is now the 6th and it was shipped on wed the 1st. it also went from stl to kc instead of coming straight to springfield. very frustrated

Efficient at local office and very easy to use tracking system. Works perfectly!
