The priority mail didn't do me any service this time? I sent a package off dec 1st to Georgia, and it's arrival was to be dec 4th. Hear it's dec 6th, and they say my package is still in transit. How reliable is that??

Sent a certified letter on Nov.23rd from montana to my grandson in freemont,calif.he move and put In a forwarding address. Shows its moving in the system.i called usps.the letter has been in sac calif.since the 3rd.i cant find out were its headed.filed a enqurie on Dec.6th.

I sent a Christmas gift ito the UK , Nov. 19 and still has not arrived yet. I paid $96.65 to deliver a box of goodies to my friend. Why is it taking so long? I am disgusted!!

Three packages, all priority mail, all mailed at the same time, they are supposed to be delivered in Wisconsin tomorrow, tracking indicates that they haven't even left Nashville, TN yet! I'm NOT happy!!

Very slow in updating where your package is and has very few options for you to get updates on your phone dealing with your package

Very disappointed! Paid 40.95 for a package to be delivered by 12/5/20, and this "tracker" only shows where a package has traveled from and where it currently is. It would be nice if it also showed when one could realistically expect a package. I really think USPS should not make a customer pay extra for priority shipping, when they obviously cannot fulfill this expectation. In my opinion, this is just bad customer service. If you pay for a service, you should receive that service, or at least a partial refund for mediocre service.

We have had so many packages go missing over the last six months. Currently waiting on a package that arrived in Greensboro, NC on Dec 2nd and has not moved. It was for my dad’s birthday and now he won’t have it. Super irritated.

I mailed this Tuesday from Kansas I'll to the next town east of me about 13 miles away and it still hasn't been delivered. Kind of lame don't you think. I should have driven it myself.

It’s always 3 to 4 days late and we pay for it to get here way faster then that I’m very disappointed this is the 4th time this has happened!!!

This was 2 day shipping on Tuesday and it's now Sunday.

Poor map. Exactly same map on 3 different packages. No information.

Your tracking for a priority package is terrible. All it shows IsCD the date and time it arrived at the post office and when it departed. 3 days after mailing and no idea where the package is or when it might be delivered. All I get is in transit, will be delivered on time but no idea when time is. For the price to mail an 8 pound box you could at least give an approximate delivery date.

I can't believe my package been in detroit since Thursday. Not very happy. I understand difficult times but stuck in detroit since Thursday not cool
