Very disappointed in the service . I paid extra to get it there on time and it never made it . Unbelievable

Sent a package to Canada on 11/24 ... said 7-10 days ... still not received on 12/6!

Normally mail gets where it is going in a very timely manner. That has not been my experience this time. I mailed a small package on Nov. 20, 2020. As of Dec. 6, 2020 it has not arrived. I tracked it, and I found that it sat at one facility for five days. It's been very close to the delivery address for four days. I don't understand the delay. I'm super frustrated!

I paid for priority mailing and it was suppose to be there last thursday, and here it is Sunday and the package shows that it hasn't even left the post office from where I sent it.

Your rural delivery is terrible. My package now days late. I will most likely have to go to my local post office to pick it up. I have a large mailbox and results are always the same.

I sent a priority package to a destination 5 hours away from me n it is not there 3 days later. I want a refund. The worst. I will use FedEx or ups next time.

I realize due to covid virus that y'all are really drained but this is Ridiculous!!!!! My package is STILL UNKNOWN??!!!!, my daughter is in rehab and You Guys STILL Don't Seem to get her Personal Hygiene things to her!!!!!!... I will Keep Y'all in my Prayers.. .

I send off a package on last week Friday i was told it would be delivered on November 30 it is now December 6th i been texting now respond telling me where is my delivery i have to go on the website to track down my package some days it shows the same date i do understand it's running late maybe do to Covid-19 but dang i even tried to refresh my page to show new updates but nothing i have to wait almost two days to even show the right date smh i don't think I'll send anymore mail from this company again
