I sent a 2 day flat rate October 12 and nobody is helping me. It came with $50 insurance. Almost 2 months have gone by and it says "in transit." Contents is over $300. Even folks at my post office are of no help

I ordered a Shark Vac Mop on 11/27/20. I signed up for your text msg service to tell me when package would be arrive. I got a text msg this morning that said my package would be at my house between 10am - 11am. It is 2:33pm and my package is still not here. The USPS just went to my neighbors house and dropped off package, and didn't bring one to my house. I am not happy. Next time I will use a different shipping company.

Great service at the post office counter and ontime delivery.

Never received my package.

I sent something by priority mail which costed me $7.75 on Friday Nov 27. Estimated delivery date Monday Nov 30. Flat rate envelope from Nesbit, MS Post Office to Jackson, MS. Understandably the COVID-19 pandemic slows down delivery time. But it went to Memphis Friday and STAYED in Memphis 6 days! It's just now on its way to Jackson today. I had another experience like this a few months ago which was way worse because the flat envelope went from Memphis to Louisiana to Texas then back to Louisiana before finally arriving in Jackson, MS

Paid for 2 day delivery on November 27. Still has not arrived at its destination

Package left Clewiston Fl PO on 11/18 still have not arrived in Everett WA. Tracking says will arrive on 11/23 well its 12/3. Shows its been sitting at a transfer station for over a week. You can't get ahold of a live person and they never call you back. We need to quit funding PO if they can't get their shit together.

I see why there were so many missing ballots. You guys can't even get a package delivered. Over a week late. Totally unacceptable. My mailman either hates his job or hates white people. I'll let you know later on that. Who leaves a package in the rain walk 15 steps and at least throw them at my door.

Package is a week overdue and can’t be tracked on website. Disgraceful how incompetent the USPS has become

Why do you have to pay so much for priority mail, then given a date a tracking number, then your package is not delivered on time, and you never know where it is??? REFUND
