I have not received my package and this is the second time now

I am really disappointed and angry about paying for priority mail to be delivered within 2-3 days plus insurance and my gift to my daughter still has not arrived for over a week. This is simply unacceptable and very wrong.

The last three years the postal service has gone downhill. It's not what it used to be.

Everything is always sitting at a USPS facility for days before sending out and your updated tracking info is not updated for days. Items are always delayed and late.

Awful so much for paying and adding insurance and tracking. What a joke

I give you 4 1/2 stars out of 5 ! You do almost everything the way I expect and like !

Instead of working to get your package out which you paid for it in an Express mail it takes a week later that's not fair somebody's not doing their job

Sent pkg..Wednesday 11/18 across state from Wyoming,Pa to Harrisburg, Pa . Today. 11/24. Tuesday..still in transit. Scary..where is it??

I can see why the usps is always in trouble. Package sent 2 to3 day priority still wa aiting. Filed claim no response back. Called national number thay tell me it is my local po issue. Local po does nothing but look up tracking number to tell me the same thing i can see myself. The usps has one job to do delivery mail and they can not do that coreectly. They state it is covid related, but others dhl, ups prime and erc dont seem to have the same delivery issues. It is sad that i pay for this poor service with my tax money.

Horrific. Sent package on Nov. 13th, to Tennessee, from Stanton,California. It went to Los Angeles's, then to San Francisco & back to Los Angeles's, where it has been sitting since Nov. 18th. The post office want help me until 14 days are up, which will be on the 27th!! It had no business going up the coast to San Francisco in the first place!! It should be heading east, in the direction of Tennessee!! Then for it to come back to Los Angeles's after being in San Francisco, then just sitting in Los Angeles's for 5 days!! That's craziness!!

My package went to Colorado instead of to mesquite NV. This is the second time in a month. For this cost we need better service

The worst all around delivery system

Sent a package 7 days ago priority mail and it's still in transit??? I could have driven it there myself in that amount of time come on folks!!!!!

Amazon should never of went back to allowing usps to deliver packages
