Disappointing...package from 3 hours away taking over a week to arrive. Time promised has passed as usual

I give u a --☆. Why does it take many days past schedule date and still sit at Denver distribution ctr. Anyone working?????

Post office screws up everything

I was supposed to get my package on the 25th of November. I understand that the virus is slowing things down but over a week late.

Tracking perfect delivered as stated.

They just had to deliver it to the facility post office where they deliver mail every day. Could not find the facility mail room. Duh...

Package left USPS on 11/5 but can't find who the Returns Agent is. Tried all tracking #s on my ticket. None that Fedx or DHL recognize. Very frustrated! Did as AT&T said with their directions to return a internet tower. Now they want charge me $150 for following their return directions. Sorry! Frustrated!

What a wonderful experience... I had the nicest, friendliest, most helpful postal clerk at the Cedar Grove, NJ post office... I've never had the pleasure of working with him before, but I'll happily go back and hope to see him again. I know he was smiling behind his mask... we need more people like him in the world! It says Clerk #10 on my receipt! Thank you for a happy employee who made me aware of services for my package that I wasn't aware of! Happy Thanksgiving!

can't find any movement for 5 days, still not here

You damaged my package and contents were lost that were personal memories to be used for a Christmas present. Nothing lost was returned or or made it to the Repat company. If there is a way to make a claim, I would Like to.

Sent 3 day Priority package to Marine in NC for Thanksgiving 8 days ago. Been In Louisville for 5 days now. USPS needs to get a clue what $14 for 3 day service should be.

Great service easy-to-use tracking

They received 4 stars because I never give 5 stars unless they go above and beyond what's required by their job description. Package arriving a day later than initial date given to my mother who has cancer. Not to bad considering it's the holidays and their busiest time of year. Hope it brightens her day.

Says wrong track # plus left on Nov. 3 from 50 miles away and today is the 24th.

Package has been at same place since last Thursday
