I just love the Palisade, CO & the Clifton, CO post offices...always helpful, professional, knowledgeable, & courteous

I sent a package overnight and it was supposed to be delivered by 12n and it still has not been delivered. I paid extra money for that!!!! Not a good look UPS. I should have used FedX

Pkg is late. Can’t get tracking to work

The line yesterday afternoon at North Ridge branch was quite long at about 1:45 pm...only had two clerks and took well over 20 min. The clerk was very professional and extremely pleasant and did apologize for the long wait which I appreciated. I typically go to UPS center but my 8x11” size envelope was too heavy too send registered from their store. They need to have more clerks especially at holidays!

Overnight package never left important documents for sale finalizing cost me $895.00

The package was 3 day priority. I received it back to my house which is less than 10 miles from the post office it was sent from 10 days later. As a 75 yr. old lady, I asked for help from your clerk. He sent it back to me from the original New Jersey. I didn’t have my glasses and thus did not see this utterly stupid mistake. Why would anyone think you wanted to pay 10 plus dollars to deliver something in the same area.

No way to notify package was not received

Sent my package last week and got tracking number. I have been checking it’s status and there is no info on it. What is going on with your service? Sent back to: BLAIR RETURNS Tracking number: 9202 3909 8997 6141 4267 73

Although USPS manages to ship items as expected, they too often scree up, for a service you paid too much for hoping for and expecting much more!

My 2 day letter has been in the Philadelphia facility since 11/17/2020 I mailed it on 11/7/2020. Where is my mail tracking #9505 5143 5317 0312 4420 42. Is this how you do business? 0
