The post office is no longer reliable. It is a shame the employees are working so hard the administrators are messing up.

Priority Tracking is totally useless, site never updated location after 1st day.

I'm thankful for the service you provide, but I am disappointed with the customer service for lost packages. I've been hung-up on and led in circles and am no closer to finding my daughter's FPO addressed package after 70+ days.

Delayed information and vague in responses

I mailed out 7 packages 11/24 from Payson AZ...most priority with the projection of delivery by the 30th or latest it would be Dec 1st. I am STILL waiting for 2 of the packages to be delivered and the tracking updates have taken days. Only one pkg was delivered on time. Either they are sitting at locations for 3-4 days or the updates are not being made available online. The last two pkgs have been sitting at their latest locations for two days. Really frustrated as 2day shipping priority has now taken 8 days. One pkg is two states away at last check on tracking. Never had such bad service with USPS before.

I am a USPS worker checking my certified mail piece that was sent NOV. 19, 2020 as a first class flat as of today DEC. 2, 2020 ITS STILL SHOWING ITS IN TRANSIT!! THIS is UNACCEPTABLE!! This was a reimbursement medical claim of 400$ the reason I decided to send it certified because the insurance company said they hadn't received these claims at all after one month of sending them, so that is why I wanted to track them!! I used the APC machine for this mailing and I won't ever use it again!! Come on we have got to do a better job, there is way to much competition!!

I am constantly getting packages late. Or my mail doesn't come for weeks then it all comes in 1 day wrapped in a rubber band looking like a dog used it for a bone. Most of my mail is do late, I've had to pay my bills on line to avoid fees. It ain't like it used to be.

Priority 2-Day pkg took 8 days. What happened?

I did not received my package next day as paid for.

The delivery date I was given was 11/28. The last tracking statement says it was in Las Angeles on 11/21 with a comment that it is arriving late but nothing after that. So is the package still in Los Angeles for the last 10 days with NO MOVEMENT? Totally unacceptable

So impressed every time with Shabnam at the front counter. She's professional, courteous, patient and respectful even when the line is long and some transactions are complex. She is Grace under Pressure.

Absolutely terrible service, 6 days from Michigan to Florida, Priority mail package shows it is still in Grand Rapids, 6 days and it is still sitting there? Why?
