Great service again today at the Brookridge branch post office!

1 month and the packege is not been delivery. Really bad

So relieved that my passport arrived safely for renewal. It’s very worrying sending a document like that through the mail. Thank you, USPS!!

It's taken way to long to deliver a letter. I mailed it out on the 3rd from Akron Ohio and it was only going to Palm Coast Florida and still it hasn't made it where it needs to be. The postal service man said it would be there on November 7th and today is November 12th and it's not been delivered.

From abroad to jamaica is quick, but to departed to final destination taking too long , my parcel been sitting in kingston for weeks now.

The post office now has the worst service of any carrier. Several lost items recently. Not happy with service at all

I sent my package Oct 14, 2020 to the Phil. Up to now Nov 11, 2020, my sister haven't receive it yet.

This is a very helpful wait for me to check the boxes that I send my two boys who live in different states

Payed for registration 3 to 5 days as of now almost 2 weeks and still not close to final destination don’t waste your money on registration Sent a card same day with a regular stamp already arrived after 4 days

Priority parcel went from Coplay out to Harrisburg to then spend extra 2 days backtracking to Kutztown. I could've delivered it myself!

I've waiting almost a month for a package to get and instead of go to pa from fl it goes fl to AZ to pa I don't understand why

I got sorry service I paid 8 dollars for a small letter and 6 days later it still hasn't arrived

Leslie in the MILNER, GA post office is the best postal employee in GA. I drive out of my way to use this location. She is always helpful, efficient and above all genuinely cares about the quality of service she provides. She represents the postal dept exceedingly well. She needs a raise and a promotion

Can not understand how I paid first class and takes 10 days from Coral Springs fl to Gainsville fl. Horrible service
