It's cost way to much to send a package out of the US and it takes even longer for the package to leave the US... Why is that? Nowhere else in the world does it cost so much send a package, however the US has to take the prices to another level. I can't rate something I'm not supporting, however I'm pressured into rating it

Not happy mailed out on the 3rd was supposed to get there that Saturday November 7th and it's now the 11 and it's still hasn't been delivered.

Angela Clerk 95 was very helpful and polite. I needed a help . I forgot my glasses and she helped me with posting the right address on my parcel label. It was a great service.

I payed a higher rate for what was advertised as 2 day delivery and the package took over a week to arrive. Very dissatisfied with the service. And will like to get a refund and will consider using other options in the future
