I sent a small mailer signature required on the 2nd of November. In the town 30 miles away. They guaranteed it would be there by the next day two at the latest. It is November 10th and it still has not arrived. If i could leave 0 stars i would.

Very slow to update tracking. Mail is exactly what it’s called, snail mail.

USPS sent me a notification that my parcel was being held for pickup after and "attempted delivery" but I've been home all day in the front room waiting and they never knocked or rang my bell.

Doing better than expected considering government sabotage

The customer service representative named Paula is so arrogant that I’m asking her questions and she hang up the call that’s so sad that she’s is there to answer the questions and I’m dissatisfied with that how one representative be so arrogant and anger to there customers is that right to do so every time every customer call customer representative to solve or some have query about that problem but this kind of representative have such attitude that’s not a point to behave like this. This behave is such not acceptable from you guys because of this representative it can effect of bad image of your company I will never ever recommend to others

The way the mail system is terrible. Sometimes the package will go to Jacksonville, FL and them to Adel, GA and other times it will go to Tallahassee, FL. It will Some times go to Jacksonvilleville and then to Tallahassee and to Adel, GA.

My package was supposed to be here (Hawaii) today but it's been sitting in California for the last 3 days. Its been almost 2 weeks since the package (SIM card) was sent.
