Took 1 week for Priority Mail!! I was informed by the clerk, be 2 to 3 days. Too long should been there by 11/4/2020, receipt received & noted. Not Happy with their Service!!!

My passport renewal was certified mailed from Strongsville, Ohio Post Office on 10/13/2020 and has not arrived at the National Passport Center as of 11/9/2020. Suggested arrival date was 10/22/2020. A companion renewal letter mailed the same way arrived on 10/24/2020. Attempts to access your error filled on line website have proved fruitless. I conferred with a customer service representative

Extremely expensive and super slow....

Shipping is worthless.. So is their tracking system

Bad service... my package has been sitting in reno nv since Oct 26. It has been over a month with no expectations date. Rate -14

USPS really delivers, I like that I could see and track my parcel that was home way before the time. Thank u very much.

Horrible service! Been waiting for my package since 11/6/2020 and it still isn't here. No updates on my package. I hope it didn't get lost.

The order I shipped out didn’t even go to the persons house who ordered it. It said it was delivered but it’s not. Thanks to you guys I have to waste more money to ship again.
