My package was guaranteed to be delivered on Saturday 7th

It’s been like three weeks and I haven’t gotten my package

Excellent service, specially the USPS customer service staff at the post office is very helpful, courteous and humble. Know their job well .

USPS provides excellent service in spite of the new postmaster. The new postmaster is not working for the best interest of the USPS. He needs to go!!!

It took 15 days to go to NYC. from Tulsa, Ok. Probably it may take 10 wks. to reach India. It is shameful & rediculous for USPS.

I’ve had a number of packages delivered to the wrong address, my house is clearly marked and the packages are clearly and correctly addresses. Sometimes the recipient of my parcel will drop the opened package on my doorstep - most of the time the contents have been opened and used first though. It’s not as if delivering mail, and packages, is their only job.... I don’t appreciate waiting else for a package and having it delivered to a neighbor for them to play with before is receive it, poor excuse for delivery service.

Costs have gone up, service has gone down. Things are either late or never arrive at all. I'll definitely be using UPS or FedEx more frequently now.

Consistantly slow with delayed deliveries. I mailed 5 Christmas cards on 12/20/19 to Arizona from North Carolina...my relatives didn't recieve these cards until APRIL, 2020. Just rediculous. You are absolutely terrible on shipping packages I am so disappointed in your service. I sent a package last Friday to ohio and it is Sunday and still sitting in California I paid 50 dollars for a med box and this is the service I get!!! Horrible!!!

The Owatonna Post Office is the best! Very friendly and helpful front counter workers. Always cheerful and eager to assist.
