They never delivery the all of the mail for that day and we get our mail sometimes at 7:30 pm

The tracking is worthless. My package was posted a week ago on “on their map” it only says it left the Brass Town post office . So where is the package now. The only information offered is that “your package is delayed but it is on its way and will arrive”. That is totally cop out. UPS tells you exactly where your package is with times entering and leaving each facility .

I'm sick and tired of paying for expedited service only to have late deliveries, essentially no different than 1st class!

Package was to be here today, nope.

Spent $26.35 to be delivered by noon the next day. 2:00pm still not there

It’s not giving me good information on where my package is it when it’s coming or anything.

Priority mail sent on Nov 2 from LA to Houston did not even today, today Nov 7

Horible! It was very important for me that my sick mother recieved package I sent. $80 3-5 days on 10/27/20 She still did not get 1 lb package, and I can even track it.

They have always went the extra mile to help finding misplaced parcels. They are very kind and professional

The crew from Quincy Office in MA provide a good service specially Donna. The problem comes when I send my products few of them don't arrive on time and I have had to refund my clients for that issue.

3 days and according to tracking it is still in receiving at Elk Grove

Spent 7.75 on a priority mail package on 10/26 to be delivered BY 10/30. It is now 11/7 and person STILL does not have the package!
