Mailed my mom a box from Ketchikan, AK 10/21/20. Receipt says estimated delivery to Anchorage, AK 10/26/20. It is now 10/30/20 and mom says box not received yet.

Excellent services start at 90746 Carson mall excellent customer service skills, no long wait. Tracker worked perfectly Identified pkg arrival easy read.Thank You. HOWEVER, OFTEN SEND PKGS TO CHGO /SO side. TERRIBLE SERVICE PAY FOR SIGNAT. TOLD PKG @ FRONT DOOR NO SIGNAT OBTAINED.

You would think for $23they would get it there in 1 to 3 business days

Sent a letter via 2 day shipping on Thursday October 22, 2020and as of today Friday October 30 2020 is has not been delivered. The USPS tracking website says the package has been at the Kansas City Kansas post office since Monday October 26. This package is intended for my 75 year old sister who is dealing with whaf could prove to be life ending circumstances for her 79 year okd husband of 55 years. This is not my first problem with the post office soecial delivery program. Shame on you USPS.

Certified letter took 8 days from Philadelphia to cary nc.

We know that the COVID 19, make the lifes of persons stressfull. But the USPS, their people and employees, always keep the good faith for delivery the letters and the packages. Thank you very much for your hard work.

My friend have not received her package it shows it was delivered but she don't have it

My package was delivered a day before they said it would be.

Mailed a package to be returned on Oct 17th. Tracking shows it went to Baton Rouge and was processed Oct 20th. Tracking shows no movement since then. It is now Oct 30th, still no movement.

Ordered something on October 20th. Was supposed to be here October 26th. Today is October 30th and my package has been sitting at a destination warehouse for 4 days! Would really appreciate if I could get my package sooner rather than later!

Mail service is non-existant.

Very poor service. I’m still waiting on a little package going on right at a month and no sign of it moving anytime. I’m sure I’ll get screwed out of this one. Do yourself a favor and use someone else to ship your package if you want it.

Good service, but somewhat stupid to leave Frankfort, KY, go right between Somerset & London enroute to Knoxville, TN, when the destination is Monticello, bout 12 min from Somerset !!(
