I paid extra to receive an item byv10/29 for you to tell me it will be 10/31 now when it is going to Laqrwnce Ks and it was in KC this morning...BS

They left a notice instead of putting my daughter s birthday present at her apartments package room. Now she won't receive it for her birthday because she works during their open hours.

Oct 23, 2020, using manilla envelope to send mail to Aurora, CO. Due to arrive Oct 27th, by 8pm. Was at the Denver distribution center for over 4 days. Says it is out for delivery. Still has not arrived. Why? Let's blame COVID-19

USPS is the best. Hardworking and friendly.

You pay extra to get a package delivered when it’s expected to be delivered and now the delivery date has changed why are people paying extra to make sure their delivery gets there in time. I think if the package is not there at the expected delivery time and people have paid extra you should be refunding the money

Note left on door when I specifically took the day off to receive a package. No knock on the door. Now I have to take time off work AGAIN to go pick it up at the post office because my signature on their slip isn’t sufficient for re-delivery! One star because at least it’s better than the ones that never arrive at all!

I paid for PRIORITY SERVICE and I expect it. This CONSTANTLY happens to me no matter if I'm shipping to east or west of the Mississippi. Tracking is NEVER UPDATED !!!! Another for of poor management by a United States BUSINESS. This is NOT a free service because we pay for it just like UPS and FedEx. So ver6 disappointed.

Services poor they not delivered on time

Was told it would arrive by noon the next day. It took an extra 24 hours.. important papers...Big price for not keeping the promise.

The USPS is sub par to other package delivery services. You had a good run, but it's time for you to hang it up.

I paid 37.35 to have my package delivered in 3 to 5 days. I was told the package would be at the destination by 10/24, Saturday. The package has not arrived and I paid extra to have this delivered. Why take my extra money if you are not going to do the job?
