It's been almost a month and a half and my package still hasn't gotten to it's destination. To make things worst i can't track it ether tracking number is useless. I tried calling and tried the alternatives they offer and nothing. What has happened to our postal system. Apparently they don't read the reviews some one needs to look into this problem

I paid for guaranteed and ver night delivery. Scheduled delivery was suppose to Wednesday October 28th at 12:00 pm. It was not delivered until Thursday October 29th at 10:30. Poor service , not the first time I’ve had problems with mailing a package this way and it not arriving when it is guaranteed. It was the Houston post office that caused the issue both times. Someone needs to be held accountable for the poor management of this facility. This has been an ongoing problem for many years. No wonder most individuals don’t trust the post office.

My daughter sent me a gift. It was to be delivered on 10/13/20, but our road was being paved that day and the post office could not deliver it. Most people would have assumed that it would get delivered the next day. Fast forward two weeks when I receive a final notice that the parcel will be returned to sender. This was the first notification that I received about this package. So the post office just kept my package for two weeks and made no attempt to redeliver it. What business does that?

I've never had an issue with the Postal Service.

Guaranteed by 3 pm???? Showed up a day late, and you wonder why the postal service is suffering, I’ll us another carrier if you can’t get the job done.

For $26.35 my envelope shouldn’t take 2 stays let alone it’s still not at it’s destination

I live in Hawaii. On Friday, October 23, 2020, I brought my package to Kaneohe Post Office. The package was delivered to a resident in Morristown, NJ on Monday, October 26, 2020!!! Great service!!!
