I made 2 boxes, both were mailed at the same post office at the same time on 10/23/2020 at 11:21am - expected delivery date was 10/26/2020- the smaller box arrived on 10/27/2020- the other box arrived on 10/26/2020 in NJ! The boxes were mailed in ILLINOIS, to be delivered in MISSOURI! WHY DID 1 HAVE TO GO TO NJ??? TODAY IS 10/28/2020 & its still not delivered its now SITTING IN KC, KS.! When will this box get to its distination??

Waited for package all day, only to check tracking and the driver lied and stated they couldn't access residence!

I sent a certified letter on Oct 15. 13 days later it is still sitting at the distributing center in Sacramento where it has been for 8 days. Poorest service possible. My husband also had 2 Bill's he paid just disappear.

My package should be delivered today by 3. When I checked status on a my package it says that driver could not get access to my home. This is was not truth. He never was there. Instead i got in a text message that package will be delivered tomorrow. Why ? I paid for overnight delivery. So when I called postal office the person who was working said that he has package. I asked my daughter to go and pick it up. She did. So my request to get refund for this package. It was not delivered on time Everyone was expecting it today. But someone decided to deliver it tomorrow without even noticing me. This is crazy. O would like refund for my Package delivery. Because if I will ask my daughter To go and pick it up I’ll get it tomorrow.

Trying to find a package due to be delivered on Oct 20. It is not here and your tracking not showing it.

My grandkids package is missing. It's a week late than what they told me

No infor in 2 -3 days with tracking number ???? Priority Mail !!

They deliver alll in one apartment and say they knocked. OR 2 HOUSES DOWN THEY HAVE MY MAIL.

The post office do not guarantee there services. They have you pay for services that is no guarantee to get more money out of you. I will never use their services again. UPS or FedEx if you want guarantee

Never on time even before covid

Why does it take 8 days to get a pkg from the west to the east coast? Because USPS lets it sit in a warehouse only miles away from the next USPS warehouse where it sit overnight again. Repeat scenario. I have driven across country in 3 days with sufficient sleep breaks but it takes USPS 9 days. Must be a hell of a union!

Very bad I send my package express it was supposed to arrive in 7 to 10 days is already 30 days and my package is not arrived!

Pretty upset that I was supposed to have a very important package delivered and had a message saying that they attempted delivery and no one was home... I was home all day
