I paid $10.90 for priority mail service on 10/21/2020. It did not arrive until 10/ 26. It was for a bill, now I will be charged a late payment due to your terrible failure. Please don’t give me the COVID excuse. Don’t sell something you can’t live up to. Robert Lintz

Over 2 months I've waited on my package

This was delivered today with the bag ripped and smashed and the ox containing the item, a floor cleaner with accessories, was busted open in several places, smashed at the top and the box cut halfway open on one side. I don't know who to return it to. I only have a tracking number and a dubious address.

Box was crammed in mailbox ,had a hard time getting it out & even states-fragile on box . Behind crammed in box was regular mail crumpled up....item in box was Damaged.

Slow no updates for 3 days?

Package was due to be delivered on 10/24/20...it's 8:10pm on the 10/26/20 and still hasn't been delivered ☹️

Did not receive further information about my parcel once it was transferred to Canada’s postal services. No tracking number forwarded from transfer! I have no information in my package, Nor received it. USPS failed to respond to my emails as well!! Very poor quality of service! I would not recommend this service !

Nice clerks, on time delivery always

The package was delivered on a date on my receipt. The staff at the shipping post office I used is always very courteous and professional.
