The Post Office service is getting bad. I mailed a package Priority Mail 3 day. I mailed it on 10/20/2020 and it was suppose to arrive 10/24/2020 and still has not arrived. It is more like then 3days. When you pay for something to arrive in 3days it should be there in 3days. If it didn’t matter when it arrived I just would have let it go regularly mail. It seems the more you pay the worst the service is. And when you live in a fixed income you can’t afford for money to be put in the garbage.

I paid extra to sent a small envelope as priority service to a serviceman. They said it would be there in two weeks is going on 4 weeks and not delivered. I placed a trace on it and no return call on it.

My package didn’t arrive although according to the tracking number it did. This is the second time in less than a week. So frustrating. I order a lot from Amazon and was doing well until USPS

I have really had it with the USPS. The last 3 packages I have received have been delayed and falsely documented. On one particular package I was notified the postman couldn't find my address yet he delivered mail that day. Then I was notified the driveway was blocked. Funny because we have a circular driveway and no one went out that day. Then I confronted the postman and he admitted he lied. His excuse was he forgot the package and didn't feel like going back! Excuse me but I'm sick of receiving my packages when your employee "feels" like doing his job. Today is Tuesday and we haven't received mail since Friday. We sometimes check as late as 8pm with nothing in our mailbox yet when we check at 6am, our mailbox is full. Something needs to be done about this. My medication and diabetic supplies are extremely essential to my health and to keep me alive! I will no longer trust that your service can be trusted. Again I was notified that my package was out for delivery. Yet it never arrived. This morning at 5am I receive a message stating your system screwed up AGAIN! Now I'm told it will arrive today. I'm frustrated and I do believe I will no longer use your services. I'll pay the extra money to have FedEx or UPS handle my packages. I'm rating 1 start because it won't let me give you nothing!

CLOVERLAND POST OFFICE ON S. Court St. has a black female that is VERY RUDE & ugly to white customers. I have made several complaints on her with their Post Master & the District Manager. The only reason I have to go there is because my mail & packages come through that branch. If it was not for that I would never go there because of her.
