I took a package to the post office on Saturday March 3. It was suppose to be delivered on March 6. It was not delivered. On March 7, it said it was in transit to next location after it left our local post office. It still has not reached the second location. I guess I should have used fedx.

USPS service is a joke. Most not all but most USPS employees don't seem to take pride in doing a good job & because of that their system is inefficient. It's a shame & a sham.

I mailed my daughter's Birthday gift February 29, 2024 on a Thursday. The USPS receipt stated expected day of delivery would be Saturday. In any event, I started tracking the package Tuesday, March 5, 2024 (day of my daughter's Birthday). 1. According to the tracking: Monday, March 4, 2024 (In transit to next facility). 2. Tuesday, March 5, 2024, 7:50 am (Departed USPS Regional Facility), Tuesday, (same day @ 2:06 pm Arrived @ USPS Regional Facility). 3. March 5, 2024 (Departed USPS Regional Facility @ 8:55 pm). 4. March 5, 2024 Arrived @ USPS Regional Facility @ 9:18 pm (KEARNY NJ DISTRIBUTION CENTER). 5. Wednesday, March 6, 2024 7:07 am (Arrived @ USPS Facility).Note: This was the day after my daughter's birthday. 6. Wednesday, March 6, 2024, 7:12 am (Arrived at Post Office) PISCATAWAY, NJ 08854. 7. Wednesday, March 6, 2024 12:33 pm item was delivered. Please note that the delivery date was "Unacceptable." Reason being, I paid for the item via "Priority" Mail. Expected day on my United States Postal Service Receipt stated, " Expected Delivery Date: Saturday (03/02/2024). However, my daughter's Birthday Gift wasn't delivered until (03/06/2024) the day after her Birthday. This is so disappointing, not to mention I paid extra so that my daughter could get her Birthday Gift before or on her special day. Note: Why pay more, if the item/package isn't going to be delivered on time? I feel I didn't get what I paid for. Therefore, I sincerely believe that I should be reimbursed.

USPS has lost me two packages from three delivered. Their client attention service is not much better. Asked for help at least 5 times, each person gave different answers, time of arrival and suggestion. Honestly, seems that the process is a whole improvisation. Even after assuming that my package was lost, the amount to that was offered to be covered(I had to start a petition), was ridiculous. If possible, avoid USPS and try other companies

Service SUCKS! I’m a former mail carrier and postmaster. I’ve been retired for 11+years and in that time service has changed- for the WORSE. I used to be able to track a package and get an answer. Now I’m asked to fill out a form - STUPID! Just answer my question and if I’m not satisfied then go into further detail with your forms. And if the form is “fully refundable”, why should I fill it out in the first place? Just answer my question in the first place!

Its not Usps fault, i have never had a problem with usps services, ever not until now and i know it is this company they are incharge of what is asked of usps according to the scan code this order not only did the company give my personal bank information to anither company they are partnered with but also this package was only directed to go to Las vegas and thats it were it sat. For 9 days until they went in and added the next true information and ince i had went through heck they change the information and once they finally fixed the information at usps and it came right away so thank you USPS
