I sent priority mail out all the time overnight delivery it's never gets their time ever it's always a day late two days late or since it's a distribution center for 2 days so I go to the post office and they give you your money back I don't know if anybody knows that but it's within 30 days if they haven't received the package on the day they claim you get your money back so advice all of you to do that doesn't solve the problem but at least you get your money back for overnight delivery which is $30

They are good it told me where my stuff was and when it got delivered.

Have never had a problem. Post Office is short of help just like a lot of businesses.

Just terrible. Package is late, distribution center doesn't know if it's there (it says it is when I track it), don't know when it will be delivered. No communication or answers... just a lot of money wasted to not get what I paid for. Please, if you happen to be reading this before you've given any money to this scam of a "delivery service" look for other options. Even if UPS and FedEx cost more, you'll actually get your package.

Paid the extra for next day delivery 3 days later still waiting for the envelope to be delivered.

The service is very crappy, over 2 weeks nobody knows where the package delivered too. Its saying delivered to agent to make final delivery.. they agents is no good

The service is not good. They want me to pay and provide my bank card to get information, not ok!!

Big disappointed, the package got lost , never made it, and nobody know anything.

I bought something on Facebook marketplace and the person sent it out on the 1st of March and the post office it was going to be here by the 3rd by the end of the day and they kept saying that everyday after that and now it is going to be the 6th today and I hope it gets here cause it's not right when you pay the extra for it to be shipped so it would be here when they say not 3-4 days later

My package tracking say been out for delivery 2 days ,Monday and Tuesday when I should have received it on Monday Tuesday 9:07 pm NO package , no notice to say pick up . Out for delivery , has NOT been delivered yet . What is expected??

After paying the cost for priority mail, the parcel hasn't arrived at the destination. What is the point??? Just needed to charge but terrible service

Rosiclare, Golconda, and Elizabethtown, IL post offices are great. I have mailed packages to Paducah, KY several times. I get tracking #s. It takes 3 to 4 weeks, if ever for the Paducah, KY or St. Louis, MO facilities to get the packages delivered. Paducah, KY AND ST. LOUIS, MO FACILITIES ARD NO GOOD!! I HAVE A LOST PACKAGE, IMPORTANT, LOST NOW!

Took way long to get confirmation of delivery, have tried sat,all day monday,and usps site was down,,,way to go Louis de whatever,,,all the taxpayers money u spend on these ridiculous tv commercials, and it's the same old BS

I sent two documents. One in state and it took as of today, 15 days and counting. No sign of the item yet. I could have driven it to central iowa!
